We love Woodhaven Pediatrics! We’ve seen two of the three doctors. Both have been so kind and patient, and have taken the time to listen and respond to all of our questions! The nurses are amazing! They return calls very quickly (if they don’t answer when you call), and are extremely kind and helpful!

Woodhaven Pediatrics is amazing! All the staff is super friendly. There is one lady (I cannot remember her name I’m sorry!) who is a receptionist and she is always so happy, helpful, and friendly. Chatting with her on the phone or checking out always brightens my day. Dr. Evans is wonderful! He was the doctor who came to check on my little one when she was born and I have been going to him every time. I would highly recommend Woodhaven Pediatrics to anyone who is looking for a helpful friendly wonderful doctors office!

We have been going to Woodhaven pediatrics since my daughter was born in 2016. We are very happy with the care they have provided and continue to provide. The office staff is always welcoming & the nurses are amazing. They ask if I have any concerns & always interact with my daughter as well. We have always seen Dr. Pavlik. She is very thorough and always answers any questions or concerns I have. My daughter loves her and is excited when we get to see her. Over the past 4 years I have called probably 3 or 4 times to get a same day appointment & they did get me in that day. They are also very good about calling back with test results/lab work...etc. The lobby and rooms are always clean, which to me is very important.

They never make you feel rushed and always take the time to make sure all of your questions are answered. They are great with children of all ages. The office staff has been so amazing for us! The doctors too have been listening and helping! I have 5 children ranging from age 10 year old to a 5 month old. They have helped me with keeping my kids occupied while I fill out paperwork. They have been so patient with the crazy mom brain i have. I am very pleased with our move to this office! Highly recommend!

The best pediatrician office. They always get me in same day or worst case next day. They always answer any questions I have at wellness visits and spend time going over everything with me. Nurses are always kind. It blows my mind to see bad reviews on here. I have never once had a bad experience. My billing is always correct. We also never wait that long. At any doctors office you have to expect to wait a little bit. I have never waited more than 15 minutes. We work a lot, so having a pediatrician that we trust and can get us in quickly is important.

Dr. O’Connell is the best pediatrician around! She takes her time, is super thorough, makes sure she answers all questions, and has tons of experience. Everyone at the reception desk is so nice and helpful and always willing to find answers to any questions I have. The nurses are amazing and were super quick when it came to my little guys shots. Could not recommend this place more!

The nurses are wonderful! Today we saw nurse Kristy for a tetanus shot. My daughter was very nervous, but Kristy kept her calm and and was incredibly gentle and kind, so much so that after the shot my daughter asked her "did you really put the needle in?!" Thank you so much to the nursing staff for really taking care of these kids and being so observant to when they need a little extra TLC! Thank you, Kristy!

The staff is always kind. Dr. Evans is fantastic! He listens, is very patient, and makes my child feel seen. The office and patient rooms are always clean. Their online portal is really easy to use and scheduling is easy.
