Our portal is interactive
We can send you direct links to developmental surveys via the message tab. Simply click the survey, answer the questions and click submit. This survey is automatically scored and stored in your child's chart until it's reviewed by our providers. We use these screens to discuss your child's development during Well Child Exams.
We also screen for Depression in our teens and Autism in our 18 and 24 month olds. We have the capability of sending Asthma Check screens as well to help us determine if a medication change is necessary.
You will find great handouts that are age appropriate in the portal as well.

A back-to-school physical is the perfect time to: ✅ Complete school, daycare, and sports forms ✅ Review your child's growth and development ✅ Make sure immunizations are up to date ✅ Discuss any health, behavioral, or school-related concerns

Great news, families — online self-scheduling is officially here! 💻 How It Works Self-scheduling is done directly through our Patient Portal . Simply log in to your portal account to view available appointment options and book online. 🩺 What You Can Schedule Online: ✔️ Well-child exams (when due) ✔️ Sick visits for recent symptoms ✔️ Select follow-up appointments 📌 A Few Helpful Reminders: New patients must call the office to schedule their first visit. Mental health or behavioral appointments (including new ADHD concerns) must be scheduled by phone. Well visits must be at least 1 year + 1 day from the last well exam. If symptoms have been present for more than 3 weeks , please call the office. We’re excited to offer this convenient new option and make managing your child’s healthcare just a little bit easier. 💙
