Scheduling

If you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to fit you back into the schedule or offer an appointment with another provider, if available.
However,
out of courtesy to our other patients, we may need to ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Well Child Visits

Regular checkups are an important part of keeping your child healthy.
We recommend calling our office 1-2 months in advance to schedule your child’s visit at a time that works best for you.
To help you stay on track, we also send Well Child reminders via email.

Below is our recommended schedule for Well Child Visits:

Sick Child Visits

We make every effort to schedule appointments for ill children on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting. If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility.

Walk-Ins

All visits require an appointment except in the case of an emergency. Unfortunately, we are unable to see your child if you walk in without an appointment. We will ask you to return later in the day when the schedule allows.
