Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Preventive care promotes healthy growth and development. Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health.



Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office 1-2 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.

A back-to-school physical is the perfect time to: ✅ Complete school, daycare, and sports forms ✅ Review your child's growth and development ✅ Make sure immunizations are up to date ✅ Discuss any health, behavioral, or school-related concerns

Great news, families — online self-scheduling is officially here! 💻 How It Works Self-scheduling is done directly through our Patient Portal . Simply log in to your portal account to view available appointment options and book online. 🩺 What You Can Schedule Online: ✔️ Well-child exams (when due) ✔️ Sick visits for recent symptoms ✔️ Select follow-up appointments 📌 A Few Helpful Reminders: New patients must call the office to schedule their first visit. Mental health or behavioral appointments (including new ADHD concerns) must be scheduled by phone. Well visits must be at least 1 year + 1 day from the last well exam.  If symptoms have been present for more than 3 weeks , please call the office. We’re excited to offer this convenient new option and make managing your child’s healthcare just a little bit easier. 💙

We’re excited to welcome our new Behavioral Health Care Manager to the team!  Visits with Jennifer require a referral from one of our providers. If you feel your child may benefit from her services, please contact our office to schedule an appointment with your primary care provider to discuss next steps.
